Please transfer
10% of the value of your reservation onto our account on Mauritius at the
time of booking as a confirmation that you have booked. We then kindly
request you to pay the balance of your account 31 days before your arrival
on Mauritius.
We accept Visa and MasterCard and if you would like to pay this way, please send
us a signed FAX with your credit card type and number, your name (as on
the the card) and the expiry date. |
Cancellation fees
- 10% up until 31 days before the rental period starts.
- 30% from 30 - 21 days before the rental period starts.
- 50% from 20 - 11 days before the rental period starts.
- 80% from 10 days before the rental period starts.
- 100% after you have moved into the house or apartment.
Transfers
We will gladly collect you from
the airport and return you there after your holiday. The tariff for the two
transfer is:

(This may be more expensive than
you were expecting but please do
not forget that it is approximately 80kms
from the airport to Grand Bay).
Delivery of the rental car
You have 2 choices:

Delivery of the rental car at your holiday house when you arrive (or the day after).
- Delivery at the airport.
We recommend that you take the
first choice if you are coming from Europe or any other country which involves
a long flight. Let us take you to your house and then you can relax
and the next day, you can experiment with driving on Mauritius. Do
not forget that:

Mauritius drives on the left.

You are probably tired from the long flight and did not sleep too well.

It is 85 Kms. from the airport to the north of Mauritius.

The roads are badly signposted.

There is a temperature difference of almost 30 degrees between Europe and
Mauritius in the summer months.

Mauritian rental cars have small boots. You may well have a problem
to get your luggage into the car.
